Enshin Karate New Jersey is an authorized Branch School of the International Karate Organization Enshin Karate, which has over 100 schools worldwide! We teach authentic Japanese Karate utilizing the "Sabaki Method" which is using your opponents weight and momentum against them by counterattacking from their blindspot position. Sabaki was developed by our Grandmaster Kancho Joko Ninomiya, the 1978 All Japan Karate Champion. All Classes are taught by internationally certified Enshin Instructors. Our Kids Rock!
Enshin Kids Classes are unmatched. Students learn the meaning of Osu! (Patience, perseverance, discipline, good moral character) as well as strength, flexibility and endurance. Enshin New Jersey kids have traveled to Japan, Germany, as well as throughout the US for tournaments and seminars. We are the home of European and US champions and are currently building a team to compete in Japan and the World Tournament held in Denver CO.
